I see that you really hit us hard here for making a mistake. You posted a similar review on Yelp too!
Those of you reading the 1 star rating, we did realize our mistake in not getting back to her. Somehow her calls to us just got lost in our system and we just missed it 100%. We screwed up! We've been in business over 80 years...and you know what...sometimes we just drop the ball! Do we want this to happen? Never! We are sorry, and will do our best to make sure we respond in a timely manner.
In this case, we did actually provide an estimate. She just thought our price was too high. We've got thousands of very happy customers. We are a family business that does our best to charge fair prices but do very quality work. Thanks for reading my reply!
