We have received a lot of great responses about these red cabinets. Thank you! This inspired us to both write about choosing cabinet colors in general (follow the link below if you'd like!), and to ask the question: what are your personal favorite kitchen cabinet colors?
Are you looking for just the right color for your kitchen cabinets? Here are a few tips and ideas to help with the search!

Just because it's a color you don't often see used like this, what do you #homeremodeling  folks think of these red cabinets we recently painted? It's a bold look that requires a lot of work, but it creates a unique style.

You've probably heard of power washing, but do you really know why it's such a good idea?

We are very pleased and excited to be certified by Fine Paints of Europe. Here is a little look at what that exactly means, both for us and you!

My buddies in San Diego and their fantastic work on this old home.

If you know anyone in San Diego looking for an incredible painting job, call the Chism Bros.

I love sharing these detailed before and after photos from our painters. This was a lead removal project in the community of Kensington. We will write a more detailed blog with more photos soon. Just wanted to share a few of the photos that show a dramatic transformation. This is the proper way to paint and restore a home in San Diego!

One of my crew leaders shot these finished photos of these red cabinets he just finished. I know not all of these images are "professional" but I hope it does show you some of the great work my team can do out there. These cabinets were a lot of work to get to look this great.

Thanks, +Patricia Kocsis! We have gotten quite a variety of responses (especially on Facebook), which actually inspired us to write a post about choosing cabinet colors. This is a bold look, but sometimes that really pays off!

I have been looking for a painting company that will come give me an estimate for spray painting all of my interior doors. I called Sundeleaf twice and no one has returned my calls. Rude and unprofessional......plain and simple, especially given that Sundeleaf promotes on their website that they have a special spray painting booth. This does not leave a good first impression. How can a customer trust a company to follow through on their work if they can't be bothered to return a call.

I see that you really hit us hard here for making a mistake. You posted a similar review on Yelp too! Those of you reading the 1 star rating, we did realize our mistake in not getting back to her. Somehow her calls to us just got lost in our system and we just missed it 100%. We screwed up! We've been in business over 80 years...and you know what...sometimes we just drop the ball! Do we want this to happen? Never! We are sorry, and will do our best to make sure we respond in a timely manner. In this case, we did actually provide an estimate. She just thought our price was too high. We've got thousands of very happy customers. We are a family business that does our best to charge fair prices but do very quality work. Thanks for reading my reply!

We are enjoying our new interior wall colors and the quality of the painting. We appreciated your patience as we went through the color selection process. It was quite the challenge, but the careful decisions really paid off. The rooms feel so much warmer and inviting. Thanks for your suggestion about the fireplace and for your recommendation of Rob W. to plaster over the bricks. The whole “look” of the living room is much improved. Working with your staff has been a pleasure. We particularly enjoyed Nemorio. He was always careful, polite, and communicative. We had a lot of fun while he was around for all those days! Thanks also to Randy for his expertise on the choice of stains for the wood. Best wishes, Lise & Gary

Gary and team did a fantastic job on our living area paint job. He arrived promptly every day with a big smile. When there was a problem with the paint (not their mistake), they repainted all the walls without any expense to us, bringing in extra staff to finish on time. We are picky, and in spite of a difficult job (lots of woodwork, high ceilings, etc), they did a terrific, high quality job. I highly recommend them and will use them again!!!

I wanted to thank you for taking on the exterior painting project of the Miracle Theatre. It looks beautiful! Your team of Kevin and Mustapha were outstanding. Both of them were friendly and extremely professional in their work. They were respectful and kept us informed of their progress daily. It was a very satisfying experience to work with Sundeleaf Painting, Inc. I hope there are projects for us to work on in the future. Sincerely, Antonio Sonera Associate Director

A great experience! I needed a quote for paint job to repair the poor job done by tenants (my unsolicited advice: never let tenants paint. Ever.) Sam Sundeleaf was professional, personable, and very flexible with scheduling. Thanks so much, Sam!
