Chasing Daylight by Eugene O’Kelly – Book Review (http://summitmindfulness.com/2017/06/chasing-daylight/)

Have you read “Chasing Daylight” by Eugene O’Kelly? This book is listed in “The 100 Best Business Books of All Time” by as compiled by Jack Covert and Todd Sattersten. “Chasing Daylight” is the honest, touching and inspirational memoir of former KPMG CEO Eugene O'Kelly.

This memoir was completed in three and a half months between his diagnosis with terminal brain cancer and his death in September 2005. The key messages in this book are timeless and important.

I envision a virtual community comprised of like-minded individuals who will explore and reflect on these messages and make them an integral part of their lives. To that end, I have published a blog post comprised of three sections. The first section is my review of the book. The second section describes my idea and vision of forming a virtual “Perfect Moments” community. The third section links the relevance of key messages of this book to the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Please check out my blog post and contact me if you are interested in being part of this community.

TEDx Talks on Mindfulness
(http://summitmindfulness.com/tedx-talks-on-mindfulness/)

I enjoy watching TED and TEDx talks online. Due to the widespread acceptance and popularity of mindfulness meditation practice, hundreds of TEDx talks from around the world have now been given detailing many different facets of this practice. I have found them to be very inspiring. I have listed these talks on a separate page on my website. I am planning to continue to add to this list on a regular basis. I also plan on writing my comments for most of them. In the meantime, please check out my page that has a preliminary list of such talks.

I hope you find this content helpful and inspiring.
