Orvieto is a great idea - especially when you can make yourself at home in a great two-bedroom/two-bath apartment in the centro storico!

What's your Italian dream villa? How about a stone house in the quiet countryside but close to the coast? (Yeah, we've got that!) It's also got a pool, panoramic terraces, and a nice price!

It's Monday - this calls for coffee! Luckily, in Italy, we have it down to an art form!

Bruschetta is nice...but the Cilento Coast version, called Acquasale, is even better! (No oven or toaster required!)

Anchovies seems to be one of those "love-or-hate" foods, but if you haven't tried them in Italy, you haven't really tasted anchovies! The town of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast specializes in them, and in the "colatura" - a more delicate way to ease in to the anchovy flavor for beginners!
