SUGARCANE raw bar grill is located in the heart of Miami’s emerging Midtown district 3252 NE First Avenue. Developed by the owners of SAMBA BRANDS MANAGEMENT, SUGARCANE raw bar grill is inspired by international influences and South American spirit.

Three distinct kitchens: robata, hot and raw bar unite for a fresh take on tradition and a unique culmination of flavor. Embarking on a quest for the simple pleasures of life: eating well, kicking back and celebrating with friends – the concept focuses on a ‘shared experience’ through its eclectic menu of small plates by Executive Chef Timon Balloo, artisanal cocktails, and an extensive rum selection. With 4,200-square-feet of interior space, an impressive outdoor terrace, a private gallery, and indoor/outdoor bars – SUGARCANE raw bar grill is the perfect venue for special events.

I love Sugarcane! Delicious food options and stiff well made beverages. Service has always been nothing short of wonderful, and their outdoor patio and bar is delightful. Do yourself a favor and dine here.

Well ... I see, as any longer, have forgotten about the quality ... To get started, tell that attention is too casual, keep in mind that if you are accustomed to attending only informal clients .. .then, customers will never have, besides, if they are to trust that it is a good idea, okay I can say no.  I had lunch with my wife, first ask them if they did, vegetarian food, and I was told that if did, (Do not make, vegetarian food, but believe they make ...) other, ask them if they used Monosodium glutamate "GMS" they told me they did not use it, but it was a lie, after eating a casual meal, my wife two hours began to feel with migraine headaches and is still in bed. If you expect to last long, well I put it in doubt. The customer service, has been saved by a young man of good character, who is apparently in charge, that seeing tactlessness in attention, presented himself to the table to apologize for a glass of wine, I asked the waiter, my order was for cabernet and brought me a liquid that seemed to kill rats, they did not charge me the wine but that is not the issue to resolve, must do more to deal to the public, need to be prepared also for customers the Middle Ages, not only for young people, apparently, are easy for them to fool with food and liquor.

A bit pricey, but it's to be expected for the quality. They have a rather extensive menu and great happy hour specials. I personally had the Bone Marrow, Veal Cheek Marmalade. It was absolutely exquisite. Great service as well. :)

I love the place, the food and the service. It's top notch but the quantity-price is ridiculous. You have to end up ordering twice the amount you initially ordered.

Very good drinks here. Brussels sprouts could contend as a close second favorite; it has the crispiness that I really like, but it's too greasy. Sushi is okay (the use of cucumber could be worked into the rolls much better).
