Sue, that was hilarious. The one thing they didn't show, and there is no way they could, is something I have experienced. When calling on a VoIP line I have sometimes gotten "Please enter your access code". I enter "123456". "You entered '126'. If this is correct press #." I repeat "123456". You entered '11111' If this is correct press #." After several attempts with similar results, it says "Please hold for assistance.", and I hold for 5 minutes with no assistance. Eventually I give up and miss the meeting.
That said, I could not imagine being able to interact with necessary parties in Washington D.C., Montgomery AL, Colorado Springs CO as well as others in Dayton without conference calls.
