What matters is how I PERCEIVE what has happened to me, not what has actually happened to me.

This an absolute truth. The only control that I can have is with how I look at things. Yet we get hooked on to our past experiences and continue to suffer.

We all tend to stick to things, events and experiences which are limiting.

Recently an interaction with one of my clients revolved around this reality. She wanted a magic pill that could help her completely get rid of her difficult past.

It's difficult to let things go, but there is nothing that can delete your painful experiences.

The truth prevails:
You cannot erase your past, but you can surely raise your awareness about it.
