Our new trainer Dani Krshka is kicking off a women's-only weightlifting class, bright and early at 6am. From Dani:

"Starting the 1st week of July - I'll be moving my training services over to Styrka Gym, located at 71st between Memorial & Sheridan.

Along with that, I'll be starting a Women's Weight Lifting Club, for those interested in learning how to strength train.

There will be different options to choose from...come either 1x/week, 2x/week or 3x/week.

If interested, email me at danikrshka@gmail.com.

Club capacity is limited, and is already half full so don't miss out!"

Pictures from our Starting Strength workshop this past Saturday, June 17th. We had the privilege of hosting coaches Scott Hambrick and Matt Reynolds as they covered the Starting Strength method of teaching the squat, bench press, overhead press, and deadlift. Great turnout and lots of PRs!
