I think I'm really under-using mine, but as I need my hands and move a lot while at work it's really convenient to see and read SMS, IMs and 'important' emails without taking the phone out. Occasionally I have used it for navigation as I don't have dock for phone in the car, so I can glance the next turn information from my wrist without taking hand of the wheel. Oh, and FIT keeps telling me every day how much I have moved during the week and how lazy I'm during the weekends.
Haven't really used voice commands as they're not available in my native language and it keeps taking the piss at my accent in English.
