What is the perverse obsession with the 'cloud'? Just installed Google Play Music on my laptop as an easier way to sync my audio onto my phone and tablet. But the utterly useless app doesn't sync the music to my microSDcard. No it wants to stream to from the cloud and then 'caches' it on my phone and wastes valuable memory. What idiot thinks I'm going to want to 'stream' music I already own? Most of the time I'm listening to music on my phone I'm somewhere without connectivity - underground, aeroplanes, foreign countries where I'm not going to pay roaming charges just to listen to music. Now I have to go back and do it all again properly using Windows Media Player and just remember to sync via USB occasionally  Lesson learnt, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
