The 'Ambassador' stance may be working for 4G customers in select locations but the jury is still most definitely out.on other bandwidths which as I have mentioned before have it seems been canabalised for the push to 4G. Those problems still exist in frightening numbers.

Do we extol a company if it just meets our needs and should any reporting frame a more specific remit. The blog post referred to above although it states some pertinent points about customer service does the job for   #EE  in creating a false picture of the brand. This objective is surely the purpose of the #ambassadorprogram  from #EE s point of view.
