No Time Wasting For Steve!!

Steve came to us here at Striders Personal Training with the goal of wanting to increase his muscle definition. Following one of our exercise and nutrition programs based on his body composition, body type and activity level he has achieved amazing results in such a short period of time; dropping an impressive 15kg of unwanted body fat and remarkably increasing his muscle girth.

Steve’s training regime at Striders consists of 3, thirty minute weight training sessions per week; supplemented with 1 to 2 of our small group cardio classes.

Incredible results!...🔥 Since starting, Daniel has not only doubled his strength and endurance score, but has also gained 3.2kg of lean muscle. With his level of commitment and drive for success, he is sure to excel with his fitness and health. 🏃‍♂️

HANDS UP!.. to all those who practice mindful eating?

Did you know that even the foods considered to be healthy for us can undo our weight loss efforts. A banana for example, takes only moments to consume but up to half an hour of cardiovascular exercise to burn off.

To help avoid the trap of mindless eating, get into the habit of asking yourself, “am I about to eat because I simply want to or because I need to, to sustain energy levels?

Congratulations Debbie, this weeks ⭐️Superstar⭐️

It comes as no surprise to us that Debbie has lost over 20kg, seeing the way she approaches life. Always adorning a smile, positive in thinking, and constantly active. From group classes to one-on-one personal training, you’ll find her there, front and centre... and when she’s not there chances are she’ll be walking her dog, playing a few rounds of handball with the kids, or performing some other activity.

A truly amazing and spiritually uplifting human being. We are so very proud of her and feel honoured to have her with us.
