Everybody at Stream Point Wellness is fantastic. They all clearly care about their clients! Monthly massages with Mandy Kiley and Acupuncture with Andrea Johnson help keep me feeling my best. I cannot recommend Stream Point Wellness highly enough.

I have used both acupuncture and massage services at Stream Point. Mandy is an amazing and intuitive massage therapist; definitely the best massage in Lexington. I have been seeing Hardin on a regular basis for about two years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for acupuncture. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind has very flexible scheduling. Can't say enough good things about them both, you should go there.

Mandy has and will always be by far one of the best massage therapists that I have received work from. She is extremely knowledgeable at what she does and offers great customer service on top of that. She designs her sequence with the intention of clearly targeting the areas of tension present in the muscular system. Mandy took the time to evaluate my massage needs prior to the massage and even gave me tips on how to care for my muscles following the massage. She is professional and courteous and I look forward to the next time that I can receive an awesome massage from her!

I had a lot of massages over the years some great some not so. I also now at 33 suffer from bursitis in my hip and back pain so it's even more difficult to find a massage therapist that benefits me in pain and relaxation and I have to say Mandy is fabulous. Great costumer service and an excellent massage therapist. I always refer people to her. They also offer acupuncture which I've had done as well! Try them out. I'm positive you'll leave happier then you arrived!

Best massage I've ever had! I've probably had at least 60 massages but this was the best. Mary, the massage therapist listened to my concerns and the amount of pressure to use. I would highly recommend that you request Mary. The atmosphere and the cleanliness is also a big plus. The only thing that I did not like that was beyond Mary's control is a little too much noise such as being able to hear others talking in another area of the building and from time to time someone walking down the hallway. I found this place by using Groupon and I've tried a few others but this is the only place so far that I would plan on booking a future massage. I did have a hard reaching someone by phone regarding an appointment so I finally booked it on line and from there all communications went smoothly. Hope you give it a try.

As a massage therapist I will admit to being rather picky about who's table I will lay on. I've even gone so far as to just ignoring my own aches and pains in lieu of receiving work from someone who was not quite up to par. This is partly Mandy's fault, for our sessions when she lived in San Diego showed me what quality and professional, massage could and should be. She also encouraged the hunger in me for even more knowledge and continuing sharpening of skills that puts her, in my opinion, among the top in her profession. Partnered with Harden at Streampoint she now gets to impart that wisdom to Kentucky, and how lucky their visitors are.

In keeping with this month’s theme of Green, this week we’re going to talk about wind! What does wind have to do with green you ask? Well, as I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, Traditional Chinese Medicine is deeply rooted in Five Element Theory.  In this…
