Ubana Craeft Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington MN is growing many of their own vegetables and herbs in a Straw Bale Garden right outside their front door! This links to an article about this restaurant and four other "farm-to-table" joints in the twin cities. We ate farm-to-table every day growing up but we just called it supper time!

It is great to see today's youth learning about gardening. I was hoping I won't have to rely on robots to grow my food when I get too old to do it myself one day!  This article makes me feel better, at least for now.
