I'm published on the Art of Manliness. I just got five more hairs on my chest.
Editor's note: This is a guest post from Stratton Lawrence. Before reading another word of an article about how to build a man-sized slip-'n-slide, it's

I've never been a 'tour' guy when visiting a city, but I'll definitely be looking out for running tours anywhere I travel from now on. Charleston Steeplechase was a fantastic experience. Here's my write-up on what they do for MotherNatureNetwork: http://www.mnn.com/home-blog/guest-columnist/blogs/dont-just-walk-around-charleston-run

It Starts with Baby Steps: How Tech Can Help The beauty of running lies in its simplicity, right? But I have a confession to make. I can’t run without technology (at least, not as far). Maybe it’s my competitive spirit, but knowing how far I’ve gone and how fast I’m going gives me motivation to …

Don't resolve to start running in the New Year. Start today. Here's a post I just wrote for Training Peaks
You shouldn't make New Year's running resolutions. If you plan to make a lifestyle change, start right now.

I live on Folly Beach, but when I first got my dog I made the trek to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend. I continue to go out of my way to use this clinic because Dr. Cain treats my dog as if he is her own. They are always accommodating and friendly and I'm in and out fairly quickly. Most importantly, my dog doesn't dread going - he's as comfortable at this clinic as he is at home.
