Signs I'm getting old. Finally got tired of head aches and not being able to see anything at a distance. One week for delivery. Gonna be weird to see things clearly more than 15 feet in front of me. Lol

Looking for a Nvidia Shield Tablet or Shield Portable for my 6 year old son. His gaming needs are improving and his current tablet is on the physical fritz. It did make it 2 years, so I'm not mad about it. I see the Shield Tablets are $200 but I'd rather buy used and save some cash if possible.

I might have one for sale, would come with a ZAGG AutoFit 8 case and brand new tempered. It's on its way back from NVIDIA now after RMA'ing it, so it'll be a fresh unit.

I'm not a fan of Facebook in the slightest, but a work contest forced my hand to try to win $200. I don't mind money when it's just to do my job. So I went to create one just for this contest, and potentially other ones from the company, with intentions to leave it blank and private and filter requests for friends to the trash. Apparently I can't have an account because my name isnt real. Lol. Yes, I know there are ways to validate and all that crap, but it just wasn't worth the Electra effort to get an account I didn't even want in the first place.

Since the departure of the physical Google Wallet card I have been a bit lost in translation on a suitable way to manage money outside of my bank for travel and those sign ups that you might not want to charge later on. Simple has been the best answer so far, but now there looks to be another one that could be a bit more rewarding with cash back on purchases. Could be interesting.

Last free weekend before I start my new role as manager. I officially take the title tomorrow, but I don't have to physically work until Monday. Figured I'd take my wife and son up to Portland for a weekend trip to OMSI as I will be set to split days off for the most part. Definitely excited about the new position, lots of work to do and lots of little things I'm going to do for my reps who work with me.

When the hell did renting a place become a prison agreement? Seriously. They virtually tell you how to live. A dual working family to pay the bills that keep increasing, while pay does, mixed with being told you could face a fine for not mowing this week or if a weed is in the flower bed!?! Unbelievable. I could always try to buy a house, but then I have to find one where a home owners association doesn't dictate if I can leave my trash can on the street for 10 hours because I'm at work on garbage day. It is becoming an increasingly regulated, monitored, for profit, hostile environment just to have a safe warm place for your kids.

Pretty much over this crap. More so I'm over the schools closing. 2nd day this week they shut down. They never close around her for snow. The rest of us still have to work. Guess my son is going to help me sell phones today.

Anyone have a good condition Nvidia Shield K1 Tablet, or Shield Portable, that they don't use and would be willing to part with for a fair price? My munchkins tablet is finally taking a dump and I want to get him something a bit more gamer centric this time around.

I have absolutely nothing against honey bees and any other bee that serves a legitimate purpose. However, wasps and hornets can die in a fiery inferno. This little bastard landed on my mirror after I parked at home. Basically he returned to where a nest was on a previous car that was parked there for quite a while. I murdered all of them and the nest yesterday. So, he lands, and fucking stares at me. Cleaning himself. And staring. I yap the window and he doesn't budge, rather, he jumps and takes a "kill this mother fucker" stance. End result, had the wife spray him with some wasp/hornet killer and then stepped on his ass.

The price was pretty solid in what is often more known as an upscale area. The images of the hotel and the rooms were spot on accurate. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and offered up dining advice that was close. The bed was really comfortable and the huge shower was great. The pillows were very thick and comfortable. However, if you prefer sleeping more flat, you may need to bring your own as they kept my neck bent. WiFi was fast and very reliable as well. The windows in our room didn't open, which was a bit of a downer as the room got pretty hot during the night and no fresh air. The AC unis blew perfectly though.

My family and I went up there to spend the afternoon on a friend's sail boat. The staff at the resort was awesome and friendly. The prices are your typical over priced resort, but knowing that going in makes it a non issue.

Great people and great prices. My wife and I stopped on a wim after lunch and took out a pair of Hobie's. First time in a kayak every. Explained everything and we're very pleasant to do business with. Even invited us to watch the two new hires try their hand at a Stand up Paddle board and taught about them too.

A person can walk into nearly any gas station or smoke shop and see a selection of e cigs and liquids. The trouble is that many of those places just buy things that seem like they are good, or that they can get for a great price with a good mark up. It is business and I am not mad about it. However, if vaping is on your list of things to do instead of smoking real cigs, or as a supplement, then you need to go to a shop that knows what they are talking about and can answer questions. High Mountain Mist did just that for me. I came in knowing very little but wanting to listen, test, try and learn more. What was going to be a quick stop to check out the store, turned into an hour long hangout with the owner and various customers that came in not only to buy, but to hang out. It is such a great atmosphere with a cross section of people who all have different backgrounds, but have vaping in common. What really solidifies the local business is the ability to sample all the flavors on a variety of equipment. You really get to discover what flavor, tank and battery combination works best for your needs. I was walked through the whole process from start to finish and went away happy with my purchase and knowing that if I have more questions or any issues, I can go talk to a real person, not some hotline or support email. To top it all off, they have a lounge area to hangout and vape and talk with people, Its like a vaping coffee shop. There is music playing, a Chromecast set up to share videos and watch movies and a variety of events happening all the time, It is more than just a shop to spend money. It is a whole environment. Heck, they even have free W-Fi set up I might just have to head down with a coffee and the Chromebook and do a little work while vaping meeting other local vapors. To wrap it all up, High Mountain Mist is more than just a vape shop, it is a vape experience. One that any level from first timer to exerienced vapor, can go and have a rewarding experience. If you make it in, be sure to tell them Stormy Beach sent you. :O)
