Special Halloween Edition
This Halloween special edition show on Why is Social So Scary? will be a show not to be missed.

Our regular panellists will be suitably dressed for the occasion ready to answer our Halloween themed questions:

1 - Why is social so scary?
2 - Do treats make social less tricky?
3 - What are your top tips for preventing social ghost towns?

We will also be using the new Q&A app which means that after our usual 30 mins the panel will try and answer your questions as submitted using the Q&A app. The app is rather new and this will be our first time at using the app for a live show (ignoring our test run last week). So the show will go beyond our usual 30 mins.

Therefore he best place to watch the show is going to be within G+ - which is the only way you will be able to submit questions.

Alternatively you can watch live from our stopthinksocialbiz YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/stopthinksocialbiz/live but you won't be able to ask any questions.

Due to the staggered clock changes the show will be at our usual time for those on London, UK time i.e. 9pm GMT, but at the later time of 5pm ET, 2pm PT for our friends across the great pond :-)

Thanks +Diane Skullr thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it. Did you see the Ask a question option? Wondering if how to ask a question was obvious to participants.

Today at 9pm BST, 4pm ET, 1pm PT we will be testing the new HOA Q&A app. The Q&A app enables those who are watching live to submit questions. Then on playback viewers can jump to the questions.

If you haven't seen the Q&A app in action, this will be a great opportunity to watch and even have a little play by submitting your questions.

➨ Community Mgmt  -

Did you watch Monday's show on Social Etiquette of a Community Manager staring +Amanda Coleman +Mark Oehlert +Sean Charles and hosted by +Liz Christopher ?

Today's #SWChat Twitter chat at 1pm PT, 4pm ET and 9pm BST is on the same topic and below are the 5 questions:

Q1) Should Editors / Community Mgrs respond aggressively to comments left by consumers who disagree with an article?

Q2) Should Editors / Community Managers who interact with the public go through some form of PR training?

Q3) How damaging can an aggressive and argumentative Editor / Community Manager be to a Brand?

Q4) "10 Top Tips That Make a Great Community Manager" - http://bit.ly/17d7kyu . What other top tips do you have?

This show on Are ALL Employees Brand Ambassadors? will have the 'Through The Firewall' panellists discuss and debate how the role of employees in the social world we now live and if what we say on social media are the views of the company we work for even if our profile stipulates that it is not. We'll also be discussing that whilst it is technically possible to separate work and personal profiles on social media platforms, do people who engage with us really see that distinction.

+David Christopher Hi, Not sure why your question didn't show up in my stream last night, but to answer your question "in what way do Burberry make employees feel apart of something bigger?"

There's a whole range of things. Here are a few that springs to mind:

- It starts with the brand. Employees do not work for a fashion house, they work for Burberry. I suspect that some, if they didn't they might not work in fashion at all.

- Employees, vendors, suppliers etc all get the same brand treatment as customers. They are fully immersed in the brand from day one. Many companies the employees feel left out and feel their employer only care about the customers.

- The leadership are present. Both the Chief Creative officer and the CEO is visible to the employees and they take an active interest in everything that's going on, making a point of stopping to chat with people

- The leadership do what they expect their employees to do. A new communication tool launched? The leadership will be on it from day one and continue to use it onwards.

- The leadership listens to the employees. A good example is the Burberry Digital Counsil which consists of young employees thinking up what the next cool thing will be.
