My husband and I along with my daughter and her husband went for a long Valentine's getaway. This was the first time back for my husband and I in about 20+ years. We had been here a couple of times prior to this visit. It truly is one of our favorite Valentine's getaway places. I absolutely love a few of the staff members, Michael, the bartender, and the wait staff members, Lisa and Anne, made our visit even more enjoyable! They were so friendly, yet professional and so much fun! We truly enjoyed talking with them and hearing their advice on places and things to do. If there were rewards to hand out to staff members, they would be the three that truly deserved one in my book! They were amazing! Lots of laughs with them! Thank you guys for the addition fun we experienced during our stay! I love Stonehurst Manor! I absolutely love the service which is very friendly, yet professional! The manor is beautiful! I think the library is one of my favorite rooms at the manor. The food which was included, breakfast and dinner, was absolutely delicious! So many choices and not a single one was disappointing! It truly is 5 star food! I wanted to book a Valentine's night sleigh ride, with the help of Diana who did the calling and make the reservations for me, we were able to get a I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know and those who might want a romantic getaway. We will most definitely be back to stay again! Hopefully it won't take so long to get back here.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Stonehurst Manor when our daughter got married there. Everything worked out beautifully for us at the wedding: the grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff catered to our every need. Heidi, the wedding coordinator, helped with all the details so we could really relax and have fun at the wedding. We would highly recommend Stonehurst Manor to anyone considering a ”destination” wedding. We also enjoyed our stay at the inn. It’s a classy old building with all the elements we look for in a B&B. Breakfasts and dinner were delicious and relaxing. We love the classic bar and the staff very attentive. We plan to return for a ski weekend this winter. Love it!

My wife and I as well as our friends who were with us have, over the years, travelled extensively around the world. Our first trip to New Hampshire and North Conway will remain in the top ten percentile of memorable places we've visited. The location and the history of Stonehurst Manor are equaled if not surpassed by the warmth of its staff. From the welcome when we first arrived to the goodbye, hope to see you again, when we left, one could feel that warmth and sincerity of the staff. The room was quite nice for our two nights. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent and too generous, so tasty that one felt compelled to finish to the last bite...think about smaller portions. Dining room staff and bartender provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work!

This was our first time to stay at the manor. VERY clean, meals were good. I wish we could have stayed in the Manor but we wanted first floor because my husband is on oxygen. The manor has no first floor bedrooms. We had to stay in rear motel area. View was still nice. Wish we had known this when making reservations-they should have told us since I thought we were in the manor [as recommended to us.] Room was ample but just average. Worth the price since meals were included.

Over the years we have stayed at Stonehurst Manor so many times I have lost count, but it is at least eight. We always enjoy our stay more than words can express. The room rates have remained reasonable all of that time, hardly changing at all. The rooms in the mountain view wing where we always stay have been around for many, many years, but are clean and very comfortable... the floors squeak a bit too much but that is all part of the charm of the place. This year they added in a manager’s cocktail hour before dinner that we loved, and John the bartender was super. The star attraction is the Manor's fantastic dining and excellent wait staff. Every room comes with a full dinner and breakfast. The menu is one of the best and varied we have seen, and Chris the chef even gave us one of his recipes. Lisa (with a capitol L - hi Lisa) was our waitress for breakfast. We never wanted for anything ... coffee refills and condiments ... you name it. And it was good to catch up with her and her news about her grandchildren. She has been there for us every visit...we almost feel like part of her family. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, with good food, good spirits, and good company, this is the place.

We are very honored to not only have such a wonderful staff, but wonderful guests like yourself who return year after year. The Meet The Managers Party has been such a huge success that we decided to make it a daily offering which gives everyone an opportunity to sample the delicious tastes from our Culinary Department all while gathering with old and new friends alike. Lisa has been a fixture in the Stonehurst family for many years. We have watched her children grow and now her grandchildren. Breakfast at the Stonehurst would certainly not be the same without her.

This was our second visit to Stonehurst and we would definately visit again. Loved the Christmas ambience and our room with fireplace was charming. Our meals were excellent and both our servers, Ann and Lisa were friendly and efficient as was all the staff.
