Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - #Escondido  has taken a SoCal classic and given it a more southern twist. Our South American Ceviche with tilapia, tiger shrimp and ají amarillo is great at beating the heat. MENU - http://www.stoneworldbistro.com/bistro_menus/dinner.asp

Wild yeast (AKA: Brettanomyces) is unpredictable...and that's part of the fun of it. We thought it'd take a full year for it to add delicious depth to Stone Enjoy After 10.31.15 Brett IPA, but the fates have smiled upon us and it's ready to drink NOW! http://www.stonebrewing.com/enjoyafter

There comes a time where enough is enough. You don't want to prohibit someone from being themselves, but it becomes obvious they need to be themselves...somewhere else. Looks like Arrogant Bastard is hitting the road. http://road.arrogantbastard.com/

A week into finding himself out on the open road, it would appear Arrogant Bastard is not only fine, but as confident and bullishly cheeky as ever. Cheers and best of luck to the #LiquidArrogance in His quest for whatever lay at the end of that long and winding road to self-realization. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=so_Yc2qsOIs

We release our big and brawny, yet smooth and sultry Stone Imperial Russian Stout every April, but little-known fact...our IRS' actual birthday is today, so feel free to break one out of the cellar and toast this sterling American take on Catherine the Great's fave #beer style. #Merica #Murica #hashtags

It's the most hoppiest time of the year. Stone ‪#‎RuinTen‬ Triple ‪#‎IPA‬ is out in force starting today. Full-bodied, incredibly flavorful and hoppy as all get out…it turned out just the way we (and our fans) like it! Get all the details then seek this bad boy out! | THE STONE BLOG - http://bit.ly/r103ipa
For many, the term “triple IPA” hails from a foreign vernacular—that makes sense, considering IPA stands for India pale ale, a British beer style brewed with enough hops to preserve the quaff during long nautical voyages from England to the Far East. It doesn’t get much more foreign than two distantly situated countries and the…

Story
At Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens, we use in-season, locally, regionally, and organically grown produce. We do this not just for the simple principles of freshness and sustainability, but also because fresh, local and organic tastes better. It’s also better for you and the world in which we live. It shouldn’t be surprising to hear that we also use 100% naturally raised meats. The same fresh / artisanal / natural standard goes for all our food. It does cost more, and our prices reflect some of that reality. However, we also feel it is the much, much better way to go. Greg Koch & Steve Wagner, co-founders of Stone Brewing, have been involved in the international Slow Food movement since 2000. Slow Food promotes getting “back to the table” and celebrates artisanal, natural and old-world approaches to food. At Stone, we celebrate our love of all things culinary by drawing freely from cultures and dishes from all over the world. We also celebrate all things local, and have an amazing selection of regional beers, wines, produce, meats, breads & cheeses. Finally, we have sworn off all things mediocre, NO MATTER HOW POPULAR. We do not serve any industrial adjunct beers (aka “fizzy yellow beers”) as they do not represent the best in beers in our opinion. Instead of generic orange-colored cheese varieties, we select flavorful artisanal cheeses. We are 100% high fructose corn syrup free, as we don’t think that ANYTHING that uses cheap sold-by-the-drum sweetener tastes as good as food and drink that’s made with actual real, natural sugar. No, we’re not health nuts, we’re quality nuts! The fact that actual real food is better for you than the “food-like” substances that folks commonly eat is beside the point. Or is it?
