San Francisco's Mission District is full of stunning murals and street art. Here's one of my favorites on Clarion Alley @ Valencia. The artist is Chor Boogie www.chorboogie.com

Finally looking like Winter in California's Sierra Nevada. Sure is beautiful.. and hopefully it will  help some with this epic drought. Taken at +Northstar California Resort looking West towards the Sierra Crest.

Happy Nowruz !!!

I'm not Persian, but I love Nowruz! I think it encompasses many aspects of many great holidays.

“Nowruz pre-dates Easter and has painted eggs on the table to represent fertility. Nowruz is like a birthday party for Mother Nature and it’s also like Thanksgiving, a big feast. So it’s really the greatest hits of all holidays.”

In the wake of all the speculation regarding the missing Malaysia Airlines 777, this is a level headed theory about what possibly transpired on that fateful flight. That being said...I don't know what to believe anymore...speculations abound...and the more sinister ones place this plane in the middle of a much bigger and nefariously disturbing plot (which would make this article look ridiculously naive if such a plan came to fruition). I can only hope, that soon, the world can get some sort of clarity regarding this tragedy.

I read this, and I'll have to call complete bullsh*t.  The first thing pilots will do, after acft control, is call ATC with a Mayday. No pilot, or manual, would fly HIGHER to extinguish flames, unless he REALLY wanted to extinguish LIVES!

I do not like Hypocrisy!!! I can always find respect for differing points of view, but NOT when one contradicts oneself...especially to this degree!

Life from a STIRLING point of view

If I had made all this ... we would have definitely had more than 5 senses, to take it all in ... and the Earth's rings would have put Saturn's to shame!

Living in San Francisco, CA

Originally from Carrizozo, New Mexico ... the absolute middle of nowhere.

All pictures I take are with my Android Phone. When I'm not taking pictures, I'm skiing, running, working-out, exploring, traveling.

Sometimes places are worth the hype...and this is the case with the Snake River Grill. Excellent and enjoyable food...welcoming and professional staff... and an ambiance that can't be beat!

Good not Great - The food is good, but not nearly as enjoyable as the atmosphere... Truly a beautifully contemporary space to dine. The food just needs to come up another notch to truly make this place a gem.

Delivered our order to the wrong address. Then called us from the wrong address trying to figure out where to deliver our pizzas. Then, delivered it 30min later (even though we aren't more than a mile from where they called from). Pizzas was cold, but that wasn't the worst part...the worst part is it that the pizzas were completely flavorless. Oh and there was no apology for getting our address incorrect and delivering two cold pizzas. There are plenty of delivery places in San Francisco... You'll be better off ordering from any other place.

In my opinion, probably one of the best restaurants in PV. Great atmosphere, delicious dishes and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly Good! If you are looking for something quick to eat, that is delicious and prepared with high quality ingredients, I'd highly recommend Split Bread. I think it's the best place to eat around the Metreon.

Not the most authentic New Mexican cuisine, but pretty good none the less. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. It's better than your run of the mill Mexican restaurant... But not as good as a renowned Mom & Pop type of Mexican restaurant.
