Working with tools the comfortable way with STIHL ErgoStart: while users have to make quick, jerky movements to operate the standard system for starting power tools, a smooth, even pull on the starter rope is all it takes with STIHL ErgoStart. The ErgoStart system takes care of the rest. The secret is an additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter rope rotor.
Stihl tools with ErgoStart are indicated by the letter “E” in the model name.
