im only giving it a two...you guys dont deserve a 1 but i was taught when growing up that i was not supposed to hate...you advertised a vehichle with paper work implying the vehicle to be GG certified...the description in black and white on your websight...after the usual haggling the deal was put in motion ...first by a signiture by the buyer to the agreed bottom line price and a eye to eye good old american handshake...GM certification is mentioned on the front side at least three times while the deal was in process...to me a handshake and witnesses is as good as any contract i know of..or it it your normal procedure to false advertise a general motors product in order to insure the dollar value to you in the end...i look at a vehicle and expressed warranty is a major sale item ..as it would be for anyone spending a chunk of money ...but as the paper trail begins the sales manager claims the vehicle is not certified when general motors corporation has paperwork claiming it is and you want more money for extended warranty that is handled through the dealership...and emply that the deal has to cost the buyer more money...not a happy camper...

Sales people were not knowledgeable to basic questions. I just wanted to know towing capacities and differences between a double and crew cab diesel. Salesman said he would get back to me with that information never heard from him. A few days later went in and another guy didn't know but at least he got the information on the used truck. I had already researched the truck and was ready to work out a deal. Before we even started negotiating they had run my credit which was excellent but thanks to their inquiry was now down two points to "good." Why would your run credit when we haven't even gotten to the numbers yet? They came back with the LIST price on the used truck and were not negotiating at all for the truck or my trade. I had already looked at the numbers and when the "king" salesman came down we looked together to find they were overpriced by 7k. The young salesman said, if we knock off a thousand do we have a deal? I laughed and left. I contacted the GM who said he would look into the situation and never heard back from him. I had to call him again and then he had one of the people under him call me. I have bought multiple vehicles from Stevinson and no longer. What happened to your dealership? If you don't want to work with people don't run their credit so they can go to a decent dealership to work out a deal. It's car sales not rocket science.

I walked into the dealership and asked for Erik and he said he had to leave in 20 minutes so he introduced me to Sam - I really appreciated not having to give my wants and wishes over and over. Sam really worked with me on what I wanted (4vs6) and we test drove both engines. They couldn't find the red Chevy Equinox that I wanted with all the bells and whistles but they spent time on the computer and the Champagne is gorgeous. Erik spent LOTS of time with me going over the car and I really appreciated it as it started to rain when I left the dealership and I knew how to turn the wipers on. I received an email from Rick, the sales manager, who spent alot of time with me also the next day reassuring me that Sam, Erik and Rick were available whenever I had a question or problem - nice follow up. I would go back or call with a question or concern and not feel bad!

Afte Car shopping for a few weeks up in the Ft Collins are and Longmont for a new car i realized that i did not like playing all the games that the sales men and the sales managers like to play with their customers. I had been driving a Chevy Traverse as a rental car the due to a car accident and knew that the travere was what i wanted to purchase. I had picked color and the basic options already and knew what I wanted. I also knew what i was willing to pay. all the other dealers were not willing to honor the USAA pricing. So i made a call to my new friends at Stevinson. knowing what i wanted i told them my needs. withing an hour they had picked out the perfect car for me. Told me what they would sell it for (over a 1,000 greater discount) and i said lets do it! They then delivered the car to me and i signed for it and they left!. I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen ,but these guys were amazing. No sleezy tricks , no pushy tactics and great customer servicee they way all dealers SHOULD act. EVERYONE STAND UP AND LEARN FROM STEVINSON CHEVY! I am a loyal customer for life now! Thanks to the whole team especially Brian, Tim, Matt, Jim, and Bill. keep up the good work

I don't think they even deserve one star. My experience with Stevinson has been terrible from the start and continue to get worse. We bought a 2010 Chevy Traverse with 52,000 miles 13 months ago from Stevinson and have had nothing but problems ever since both with the vehicle and dealing with Stevinson. Beginning with a sales person who was clueless about the vehicle he sold us. Telling us the vehicle came with OnStar and SiriusXM radio. After shopping for vehicles all day I did not actually check that these options were physically installed in the vehicle. After bringing the car home and discovering that neither of these options were in fact installed I called and talked with the salesman who sold us the car and he told me that he was sorry that he thought all Chevys came with that but could not do anything about it. These options were not really important to me so I let it go, happy to have a new vehicle. Shortly after getting the vehicle It began to have problems and they have not stopped. I have had to have the Traverse back to Stevinson 8 times in 1 year for major work. 6 times Stevinson has had to have my vehicle with 55,000 miles on it overnight. Bring it in to fix one thing and they break something else that I have to bring it back to have fixed again. For instance. Troubles with the steering assembly had to be fixed. They fixed it. Next the power steering pump goes out. Fix it. Now the car s transmission or something in the drive train is making noise. Bring it in and what do you know, they never fully tightened the engine motor mounts when doing previous work causing the clunking sound. Sure that was great for my vehicle. You would think that a dealership would try in anyway to make the situation better but the customers service is non existent. Every time I have been in for a problem I have been treated rude and it is always a fight to get the work done under the warranty. For instance, when I brought my vehicle back for the clunking sound they told me that I would need to pay for it because it could have been caused by me driving it. I could go on and on with examples of how they have screwed up and not cared about. I have complained with no response. In fact my vehicle is at the shop now having a new throttle body installed after it crapped out on the way home from our Christmas vacation. Called the service guy at 1pm because of course they cant call you. Told me it would be done in an hour and he would call me when it was done. that was three hours ago. This morning when I dropped of my vehicle I asked to speak with Scott the general manager. The reception told me he was a doctors appointment and handed me a piece of paper to leave they guy a note "how professional" Scott has yet to call me and I bet he never does. I would never buy another vehicle from Stevinson or recommend them to anyone. I would pay a higher price than to deal with a dealership that sells lemons and then will not stand behind them. Jason, it was a pleasure to speak with you on the phone yesterday. I fully understand your exasperation with the problems you have been having with the Traverse. While the service issues have been covered under warranty, we understand your frustration with the time and effort involved. My sincerest apology that we did not fully tighten the engine mounts and my staff may not have been as attentive as they should have been. You now have two direct point of contacts, Elliott Cox, the Service Manager and me. I left you another message today to discuss the possibility of trading you out of the Traverse. Please call me at 303-279-3311 at your convenience. We will be open all day tomorrow as well as Saturday. I look forward to speaking with you. Scott Hushen, General Manager.

I have been trying to remember how many trucks I have bought from the fine FRIENDS at Stevinson...21 or 23 I think. I would not even consider going somewhere else. It is 75 miles to go there, but they always offer to bring it to me! Why would I want to miss out on seeing everyone there and it is like old home week when I come up to get a new vehicle. AWESOME EXPERIENCE each time I get to part with money at the dealership. I have told a ton of people to shop with folks at Stevinson's place. They would really have to screw up for me to change and go some place else!

I have to say that my experience with Erik Strickland was AWESOME! He is a wonderful salesman and treated me and my family with respect and courtesy the entire time. The service team, however, is a completely different story. They are rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. When I spoke to the service manager in person regarding repairs done to my vehicle, we was completely rude to my husband. A person that works in customer service should know better than to treat people that way. On a second occasion, I had to return to the dealership to have the clear bra added to my car, when I called to inquire about how long it would take (I had to wait on it), I was met with a rude tone of voice and was hung up on. I cannot believe that this kind of behavior is tolerated and I can guarantee you that I will never bring my car back here for service again.

Hi Rikki, We are very sorry about your experience. We work really hard to deliver great customer service consistently, and apparently we have failed on this occasion. Please give me a call so we can discuss the situation and see if there is anything else we can do to make things right. My phone number is (303) 279-3311. Thank you. Scott Hushen, General Manager.
