As a fellow self-published coffee author (our genre is pretty small!) The iBook looks amazing! Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad, but I will recommend it to everyone I know that does have one. Kudos on a job well done!

Does anyone else have any experience with Dave Asprey's ("The Bulletproof Executive) "Bulletproof coffee"? Specifically, I'm wondering about his argument about mold in green coffee and his claims that single origin coffee from high altitude is much better for you because there's less chance of mold getting into it. But I've also read (not from a reputable source) that all specialty coffee is screened for mold anyway. Outside of his own site, I can't find much literature on the topic. Side note: I've been drinking his recipe (grass-fed butter and coconut oil blended with coffee) for breakfast for a week now and have lost 8 lbs in that time, but I've just been using the Kenya AA I have on-hand.
