Keith's recently replaced the clutch in my 4Runner. Their quote was accurate and the work was done in a day when other shops said it would take two or three. Keith's didn't charge me more for labor because I brought my own parts and treated me just like any other customer. The quote was less than any shop I called in the area. Their shop is clean and the people in the front office are professional and polite. I'd suggest them for any work. I may have to ask them to bleed the master cylinder again, but that is to be expected.

Bernie Brown's is a small, family shop that sits in the middle of the Central Business District. Bernie does an outstanding job cutting hair and the service is top-notch. Make an appointment and enjoy the experience.

Most shops rely on computerized tools to set your alignment, but at Dan's they measure everything by hand which means your car will be aligned the way it should be. Dan's will also align trucks and cars with suspension modifications and they won't try to overcharge you for work you don't need. I had my 2003 4Runner aligned at Dan's after I installed a new suspension and ever after several hard off-roading trips, the alignment stayed true. I just took my Tacoma there as well and they had it aligned in under 30 minutes and even offered to adjust it for free after my off-roading trip this weekend.

While they do good work, expect their quotes to be unseasonable and prices to be extremely high. To replace a timing belt on a 4Runner, they gave me a quote for over $2,000. Local Toyota dealers all quoted me less than $1,000 for the same job. They also bill hours in an odd way. I was given an estimate of $100, then $150 for work and finally received a bill of $220. The truck was at the shop for 75 minutes and I was told they were going to have to redo an exhaust mount, but the mount appeared to be the same (still covered in rust). The shop's attitude toward the bill was, "that's just the way it is" and the manager, Mike, was in no mood to discuss the issue. I would not suggest this shop based on their unreasonable quotes, bad communication and apparent price gouging.

Some of the best burgers in New Orleans and you don't even have to stand in line! Be prepared to take a nap afterward because these burgers will hurt you in a good way. They don't serve fries, but the bake potatoes are much tastier, especially with cheese and chili.
