- this is crazy. The VIP Access app is not working and I cannot access my bank account. The error (#6027) suggests there is an issue with a recent OS update and that a download of the the current version would correct the issue - there is no update on Play.
Incredible as it might seem though, that's not the crazy part. I have been on the chat window for over an hour (went to lunch and came back - no pickup), good to know that I've been in position 1 for the whole time though.
