Today I was greeted to both a Marshmallow update AND the Project Fi happy holidays building brick kit (They are not LEGO bricks folks and "Legos" is NOT a word - sorry, old LEGO Ambassador habits are hard to break).

It felt like Christmas morning. Thanks to Google for making a Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday enjoyable! That's what I call a #CyberMonday.

Interestingly, I do not own a Nexus 5X or 6P and received a USB-C cable. Plan to use with my MacBook and was actually going to purchase one.

I'll never get another update. I have a two year old Samsung. I'm just not worthy anymore.

My holiday motto (and also found in my office). The fine print adds, "Keep calm and nog on!" Right on. #christmas   #holidayseason

It took me some time, but I finally figured out how to get #Chromecast to work on hotel captive portal Wi-Fi. Key is MAC spoofing. #ns

Finally tried it out this weekend in a hotel, and it went well. I set it up with the same name and password as one of our home networks, so that all devices would automatically log in. The hotel had a login page where you had to enter a six digit code, and for some reason - location, probably - my iPhone wouldn't hold the wi-fi signal well at all. I connected the router to the ethernet port in the room, and when I logged in on my phone it popped up the login page through the router's browser; I authorized the router with the number, and everything worked well after that - devices automatically connected to the router, and none of them had to enter the code. Only issue I had was when we moved to another room on a different reservation it took a few minutes for the router to realize it needed a new code, so it wouldn't kick up the login page. But, after a while it did, and then all was fine again.

Medium crust pizza with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the lunch buffet which includes salad, breadsticks and pasta. Drink is $2 extra. Small buffet and some problems keeping Pizza available. Not a bad little pizza joint. Very friendly staff.

Love the chain as a whole, but this location really needs help. They tend to make the delite crust too thin and they often don't do a good job with the toppings.
