Have a little time to spare? Check out the CEO Keynote from Subscribed 2015. I think once you start watching you'll have a hard time turning away - no fluff, all stories (from customers) about success in the "subscription economy" and recurring revenue model innovation: https://www.zuora.com/subscribed/breakout_session/tien-keynote/

Great service, great folks at Mirak. Went there when I was new to town to fix a suspension issue in my '07 Tahoe, and these guys went the extra mile to get the repair done the same day, and gave me a ride home while they worked on the car. Definitely recommend.
