I've been testing the new Android app for about a month now. It is promising and I'm doing some testing for Honeywell to investigate an issue causing an excessively long login start sequence.

As a confirmed Ring Explorer (Ring.com verified tester and reviewer program), I requested for Aurora, IL to be allowed to participate in the Ring Neighborhood Beta. Ring approved this request and we are now able to share video feeds to all neighbors within a specified range which makes it easier to alert neighbors of suspicious activity or emergencies. The sharing of the video feed even sends a push notification to the Ring user's registered cell phone.

Update 12/13/2016
I was contacted today by an Account Manager over at Ring to participate in the Ring Neighborhoods Explorer program. As a Neighborhoods Explorer, I have been provided with an unlimited use and non-expiring coupon code for $25.00 off Ring products. The account manager at Ring also sent promo flyers and cards that can be distributed to those who may not already have an online presence.

The $25 off ring.com product code is 3safeaurora

In the meantime, I'll be gathering information about the neighborhood for the promotional advertisements.

If there are any special requests pertaining to this program, please let me know so I can include them in the correspondence.
