How can Recruitment Agencies be social?
I led a talk at TalentNet Live is month, (as a discussion/debate rather than a presentation) - discussing the various sides of the argument, around whether frankly recruitment agencies are equipped to be social.
Equally, `should` agencies be social...? Some would argue against.
Hope the sound is ok, but it was a good debate in contributions from +Stephen O'Donnell +Jonathan Campbell +Bill Boorman and others...
I see and hear this often - particularly the "We'd rather that you didn't continue your blog" comment.
What is everyone else's internal experiences in social? Would be really nice to hear more about this! :)
