Practical advice for dealing with bad/fake reviews.
Did you know that it has been reported that up to 20% of Yelp reviews are fake and that a simple one-star bump in reviews can create a 5% - 9% increase in revenue according to a Harvard study? If that doesn’t make business owners pay attention to...

We had the remaining front windows replaced on our 100 year old home. I was a bit skeptical since the windows were leaded and looks really nice. We could only put up with the nice look for so long as winters mad it really cold and the humidity of our home varied a lot depending on the weather. We're 100% satisfied we chose Clera. They were able to give us a ton of colour options and they suggested sandalwood which matched our house perfectly. Even though the new windows aren't leaded, I think they look better because they bring in a lot more light while maintaining a steady temperature and humidity (which is important to me because I have several acoustic guitar that can and have warped due to humidity fluctuation). Don't hesitate to go with Clera. The quote was very professional and non-pressure and the install happened on the planned day with no issues.

I learn something every time I visit Bay Bloor Radio! Most recently, I bought a Yahama kitchen stereo that I absolutely love and have bought headphones and a 5.1 home audio system from BBR in the past. Their stuff is all high quality and their staff know a lot about every item they stock. The staff are passionate people who really do their best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Highly recommend them! BBR is THE place to buy audio/video equipment in Toronto.

I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile, so naturally I was a bit apprehensive about going back. Everyone at the office is very welcoming and professional and best of all they don't make you feel guilty if you're like me and haven't gone in years! I've been back 4 times now and each time Dr. Wat, the hygienists and the receptionist have been very friendly and helpful. If you're in Bloor West Village, I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Had a great car buying experience here. No pressure tactics whatsoever. Our salesperson Karen took the time to assess our needs before showing us a car. She recommended a Corolla and we couldn't be happier with our choice. If you're looking for a first-rate service and responsive and pleasant staff go to Ken Shaw Toyota!
