Sir, it is my understanding that you had only "30 mins" to go over numbers. That's fine, but you were only here 15 mins, not hours, on a Saturday, which is the busiest day in our industry. Every effort was made to accommodate you without inconveniencing guests that had arrived before you and had deals in the works. I am sure that you will agree, based upon your previous car experiences, that there is a process, and that process exists for your convenience and it works. You are welcome to revisit your deal with us when you have more time available.
One other thing, you do not know what was going on with our other guests to say that we are inconsiderate. Some of our guests have challenges in their individual situations that we work very hard to overcome, and yes, sometimes it takes hours of personally taking to lenders to help these people get reliable transportation.
