I really appreciate the staff at Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Since my first car purchase in August 2013, I can honestly say that every visit feels 'first class'. Many of the service techs recognize my face and speak every time, making me feel right at home. The wait is never overwhelming because I am aware of what is taking place with my car, and I am updated until my car arrives back in the service driveway. I do not feel comfortable taking my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced. Thank you for always providing a great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Steve Rayman Chevrolet! They truly beat every other price and competitor I had previously negotiated with and dropped the price down to a DREAM number! They went above and beyond to satisfy all requests and inquiries, and were very creative with their financial accommodations. I was greeted by a sales representative AS SOON AS I pulled up into the parking lot, and the entire team was extra-friendly and willing to help. Everyone was smiling and comfortable with the task of getting customers into the car they wanted with affordable deals. The other dealerships I had visited in the Atlanta metro area differed immensely in their general attitude toward customers, and I often worried whether or not I was in good hands. They seemed to worry more about "trophies" than actually upholding good business and customer care. However, once I arrived at Steve Rayman, I was quickly on the way to having the exact car I wanted at a price lower than I had anticipated. I am pleased that Steve Rayman is my dealership and am confident in the services they will provide to me in the future. Well done!

I was due for an oil change on my truck and before I could call to make an appointment, I got a call from Steve Rayman Chevrolet asking about scheduling an appointment with them. I was very surprised to get the call, but glad I did. At the time I didn't make an appt. due to my schedule, but it was so easy to log in online and schedule the appt. at my convenience. I met up with Tim Whitton, at the service department a couple of days later to drop off my car in the morning and he was fantastic on helping me get set up to leave the truck and get me shuttle service to go to work. He let me know he would give me a call when my truck was ready and sure enough he did. Once I went back to pick it up the service was just as fantastic as when I got there in the morning and I was able to be on my way home. Thank you to Tim and the whole staff for making my experience great and for going above and beyond. I will highly recommend you all to family & friends.

My buying experience was AWESOME! I can best describe it as seamless. All the folks I worked with were simply the best! I have never been treated better and had folks explain what was happening in real time! My sales associate Cory Lombardi was great! He took all the time I needed and explained all the different options on the truck! Also Ray Whitlow explained and set up my onstar! Great job by both, Susan Brown was clear and speedy with my financing! Also I really want to thank Mr, Rayman for his personal time and congratulate him personally on a fantastic staff and dealership!

This was the best car buying experience ever. My wife went in on Saturday and was helped by Tony who was very informative and patient. We were pre-approved prior to going to the dealership, but Dan in finance was able to beat the rate and get our payments down without no out-of-pocket money. We couldn't believe it. And they work with all kinds of credit...so you can walk out of there with a great car, low APR, affordable payments, without any money down. The process was quick and painless. Also, we were able to get the price of the car down from what was offered on the internet....JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I will refer everyone I know to Steve Rayman.

Lucy and the football... I am not Charlie Brown... That is what this dealership is Lucy. Promises Promises and no delivery. I am about to purchase a 40,000 vehicle and told that everyone is ready to get the deal done. Sitting for 20 minutes and find out they are still working the deal. Why didnt you call and say you were behind before driving all the way down there? You know the make and model of the vehicle and the price I need to close the deal. I have bought many vehicles in my life and know the "waiting" games they like to play. Several others in the lobby were complaining of the same thing so I was not alone. Four other people were there before me said they had been there longer than I have and promised the same thing. I am an adult and dont play games when spending 40,000. Do shop other dealerships as this one is not genuine to customer service or considerate to the time of their customers. Response back to owner: I told you of the time that I had. You told me everything was lined up as I was driving down there. That obviously was not the case as I got there waiting 15 minutes. Please also don't tell me what other customers were telling me as I was the one having the conversations with them. It was not a credit thing, it was promises to get people into the door and the waiting game your dealership likes to play. If this was the first time at your dealership and this was the first time that it happened I would not be as mad to even take the time to write a response. I have tried on 3 different attempts to work with your dealership and the same treatment occurred. No other dealership has ever treated me this way and in no way would I ever step on your parking lot and will make it my duty that everyone I know doesn't come there.

Sir, it is my understanding that you had only "30 mins" to go over numbers. That's fine, but you were only here 15 mins, not hours, on a Saturday, which is the busiest day in our industry. Every effort was made to accommodate you without inconveniencing guests that had arrived before you and had deals in the works. I am sure that you will agree, based upon your previous car experiences, that there is a process, and that process exists for your convenience and it works. You are welcome to revisit your deal with us when you have more time available. One other thing, you do not know what was going on with our other guests to say that we are inconsiderate. Some of our guests have challenges in their individual situations that we work very hard to overcome, and yes, sometimes it takes hours of personally taking to lenders to help these people get reliable transportation. Thanks you for your input.

I am on my 3rd Tahoe, all purchased at Steve Rayman they have all been serviced there. The service team is always helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Right down to the courtesy shuttle driver they have always been consistently impressive. If you have the opportunity to visit this dealership for sales or service, I would highly recommend that you do.

I only gave one star because it's the only way I can make a comment. I really wanted to do business with this dealership because I was referred by a good friend. Let's start off by saying my sales guy kept begging me to dinner, making me very uncomfortable. I was trying to be nice when I said no. I later then decided to visit other dealerships to see who had the best deal. I received several calls from Steve Rayman about coming back and I specially told them I didn't want to meet with the same sales guy. They assured me I wouldn't. When I get there, they still tried to put me with this guy. To settle the issue they ask me in front of the guy, customers, and employees in the lobby was there a problem with my original sales associate. Making me feel very uncomfortable. Fast forwarding... When I finally made a decision to make a purchase I met with the floor sales manager, Arthur. Arthur had given me a price quote. I later left to visit two other dealerships that had appointments with. When I returned, I met with Arthur who asked for the original written quote he had given me. I have him the paper, he goes into the office and comes out with a higher quote on a lower model car. I stated that was not the original quote and he stated it was. I politely asked him for the paper he took from me. After producing the paper he saw the quote was different. Either way the two other dealerships gave a better offer. Arthur them told me, very rudely, to go purchase the vehicle from them then. He was upset that I was looking for a better deal. Is that not what you are supposed to do when you are shopping for a vehicle? Needless to say I proceeded to leave. My sales guy stops me at my vehicle and say they are willing to match the deal. When I went back in, the deal they were matching was the same price but again for the lower model vehicle. I ended up purchasing from one of the dealers Arthur told me to purchase from because he didn't play games. Although my entire experience at Steve Rayman was a game. I ended up getting a better deal from Carl Black. The sales team was great, no pressure. They reduced the price of the vehicle at a price that Steve Rayman said was impossible.They also threw in 3 years of free maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). I also purchased the extended warrant which was 75% off the original price, cheaper than my bank's warranty. They gave me a car kit to help clean and wax the vehicle. So I should actually thank Arthur and the rest of the crew for being complete a****. They thought I was desperate. My credit score is 776. I could have purchased from them but would have ended up with less. I ended up getting a better deal because of them and not giving them my business.
