Too many aggressive reviews. I personally enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I was unable to walk away with a vehicle, but they did work hard to exhaust all efforts before telling me there wasn't much more that they could do. If you give them time they will work with you. I have seen dealerships that had salespeople arguing out loud in front of customers!!! I've had salesmen approach me with absolutely zero enthusiasm. Steve Rayman provides something that seems to be difficult to find in metro Atlanta lately, and that's acknowledgement that you're there. If you're able to get a deal going, you're going to be there for a while. Nobody can finance a vehicle in 1-2 hours unless it's being rushed or beaten around the bush, which in the long run you wouldn't want. I appreciate nice dealerships like this and believe me those who have had a tough time could have it a whole lot worse. It took me 9 hours to purchase my Nissan. That was with credit challenges. If I find myself eligible for a beautiful Silverado down the road, I know where I'll Be going. !

Unfortunately we cannot help everyone due do conditions set by the lender. I can personally assure you that every minute that you wait in our showroom, one of our seasoned professionals is negotiating hard to get you the very most favorable terms and conditions. Instead of "staying away" we have been inviting all to "come on in" for over 20 years. Thanks

It was the most amazing experience. It was my first time going to a dealership so I was very nervous. Adam immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was wonderful throughout the entire process. I have already recommended friends and I family. My friend Leslie already purchased a vehicle and I am now waiting on my $100 referral 😁 I recommend Steve Rayman Chevrolet to everyone looking for a vehicle!!

My car's turbo went out and I felt taking it to Steve Rayman would get the replacement done right. And it was. They made sure they had the correct parts and it was not a "rush job." It runs beautifully now. Everyone was accommodating, polite and very patient with me. The cost was substantial and their patience in my getting the payment was very nice. I feel like they worked with me. The only complaint, it's a small one, I was told they would have my car washed and cleaned for when I picked it up. It was very dirty from sitting outside for a few days. This, though, will not deter me from bringing my Buick back to your dealership for service and oil changes.

I called ahead to schedule an appt to have my 16' comaro first service completes. As with any new car there were some additional items I need to have addressed and I understood that it would take longer than a day. I requested a loaner and was assure that I needed to wait 4 days to insure I had a loaner available. Upon arrival everyone was nice and helpful then thing went south. My device advisor promptly told me all loaners were gone and they are the busiest dealership so loaners rarely happened. Explained the 4 items I needed to have completed on my car in addition to an oil change. Making small talk the service advisor began cussing and talking to me like I am not a paying customer, not rude just unprofessional. Upon picking up my vehicle. I looked at my paperwork and only an oil change was done. I stressed to him the issues I was having with the vehicle. He told me the spill of how great the mechanics were there and how trained they are. He bring his corvette in and they also do an amazing job every time. This was the icing on the cake. He attempted to address my concern with my Bluetooth my having me sit in the car and call me and tell me he can hear me fine. I laughed settled up and left. I took my car to Bill Holt and not only was there an update for my radio, the found specifics problems and fixed every concern I had one being a suspension fix! Oh and a loaner was reserved for me too. This speaks volumes about the dealership & the type of experience I had. I will never return. I'm glad I purchased from Bill Holt & not here!

Thank you for your input. 1. Loaners, we do have them (30), but they are all usually out. If it is a warranty issue and no loaners are available, a rental car is provided by GM. You were provided with a car. 2.Software update, the only software update out there is to have android auto added to your car. The service advisor recalls you having a iPhone, so software update is required for iPhone. 3. Your camaro was placed on the rack and no issues were discovered. We could not find what was causing the noises that you claim to of heard. 4. As a brand we are happy to hear that the good folks at Bill Holt were able to address your concern.

I was not happy with my purchase and the sales manager Daniel, Ray, Steve the owner, and Robert the sales person. Went about to make sure my needs were meant not only personally but financially. Steve Rayman dealership is the example of quality customer care. I would recommend anyone here who has credit challenges or who is a lease and has a high Milaeges. They will work with you and the banks. Thank you for providing the best service and making me a happy customer!!!😊😊

Steve Rayman Cheverolet did me good. Lance Thomas hooked me up. He promised to look out for me and he did exactly that. Lance worked hard to keep my down payment low at a great interest rate. Lance listened to me and got me the vehicle I wanted even though my credit was shot. To to Steve Rahman Cheverlot and ASK FOR LANCE!!!!!

I am on my 3rd Tahoe, all purchased at Steve Rayman they have all been serviced there. The service team is always helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Right down to the courtesy shuttle driver they have always been consistently impressive. If you have the opportunity to visit this dealership for sales or service, I would highly recommend that you do.
