Should I get a New Nintendo 3DS to play Monster Hunter Generations? My old one is just fine, but is there an advantage to upgrading for this game? #monsterhunter #nintendo #3ds

It claims Apple's rejection of an update to its iOS app is hurting its business model.

Thousands of Hong Kongers took to the streets for the southern Chinese city's annual pro-democracy protest march Friday, as tensions persisted over the high-profile case of a bookseller secretly detained in the mainland.

Apple has come up with a way to stop bootleg videos.
Apple originally applied for the patent in 2011, so it's unclear if it's something Cupertino would pursue today.

Professor of Rhetoric, Teacher of Debate and Argumentation
Introduction
Teacher and student of the Way of argument, debate, and rhetoric in the grand and glorious city of New York.

I have a job that I can't believe exists, teaching impossible things to skeptical people about something all humans naturally do - speak.

I am a professor of Rhetoric. Yes that means exactly what you think it does. I direct my University's competitive academic debating program. That probably means something a bit different than what you think it means.

Questions that interest me:
How do we agree on meaning?
How do we know if we are in an argument or not?
How do we teach people how to argue?

Here's to putting the Sophist back in Sophisticated!

Skills
I teach people how to compose, research, and prepare public presentations of complex material. I can help you control "stage fright." I can help you master presenting your material to any audience for persuasive ends. I can help you engage with others in productive argumentation and avoid useless bickering. I can help you take control of the front of the meeting room and get your message across to your colleagues, clients, and co-workers. I can help you use technology effectively in presentations.

Great place for American, simple comfort food in a very open and relaxed bar environment. No table service and they won't serve you coffee after 5, but the craft beer selection is enough to keep you awake. And anyone behind the bar knows their stuff. Feel free to test them; they are honest and right about the beers, and won't steer you toward something you won't like just because they have an old keg of it. A must visit spot for beer and grub in Brooklyn.

The chicken Cesar salad pizza slice sounds odd, but it is amazing. Trick is, don't let them heat it up too much. There's some stealable open WiFi if you sit near the back of the place.
