+Kurt Kaufman As I understand it the cache partition  is used to store the "compiled" version of the app files. If you wipe it, you will see Android rebuilding the cache app by app. I think it's also used a bit like the Linux swap partition for temporary overflow storage from main memory.

Clearing it usually gives you a temporary reprieve by removing junk that apps haven't cleared up by themselves. It will gradually fill up again as you use apps on the phone.

Photo sizes. Some camera take really low res pano shots. Also default cropping editors are rubbish. I use either VscoCam to crop or my fav Photo Studio Pro. Both apps retain the file size and quality more than other apps I've tried

+Ted Salmon 1970's style casio watches could yet come back into fashion, complete with tiny numeric keyboard and retro led display.
If there was a new iPod nano which had wifi and a few bits of extra functionality I'd take that over a smart watch. Or a credit card sized smart device (with payment, pedometer and access to 32gb+, audio books, music player, 7 day battery life, WiFi... ). I suppose I could get a smart watch and take off the straps!

By me... is it a problem that the Lumia 520 will struggle with Windows 10 Mobile? Or maybe MS can optimise things enough before release?

Anyway, stats here!
Yesterday, I looked at the performance of Windows 10 Mobile (at least, at the current build) in terms of RAM, and concluded that, web browsing aside, the user experience on devices with 'only' 512MB (of RAM) was going to be absolutely fine. Perhaps more serious is the situation with respect to the chipsets used under the hood, with so much of Windows Phone 8.1 and beyond optimised for the Snapdragon x00 series - just how slow are the 'S4 Plus' se...

+Steve Litchfield Thanks Steve, I have already done all that. It is still rather sluggish. The phone was unusable until I hard reset it. I did have 200-300 apps before the reset.

From +Kurt Kaufman - I see that eBay has a listing for new 808s @ $130:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/221786593502

By any chance have you heard from anyone as to whether these are the relatively poor quality run distributed by TelCel Mexico?

Anyone?
