A metaphor for living slower, taking the scenic route and getting inspired as opposed to living an automated life, always in the fast lane.

This movie brings the eco-defender out of me.

"The film is set in a future where a runaway experiment to stop global warming has caused an ice age that killed nearly all life on the planet. The only survivors are the inhabitants of the 'Snowpiercer', a massive train that travels around the planet and is powered by a perpetual-motion engine. Over time a class system evolves on the train, with the elites inhabiting the front of the train and poor inhabiting the back of the train. Tired of their poor living conditions, the riders in the back revolt, attempting to seize control of the engine, which the elites in the front consider sacred."

This is so meta it beats all the other Daly Show vids! Tim Daly (original voice of Superman), Sam Daly (son of Tim and new voice of Superman), and Kevin Conroy (Voice of Batman)!

Brands should be real and relatable like a human being; they should be allowed to show an informal side and challenge unreasonably angry consumers who harm their online rep. Also, brands should call out their competitors more! People don’t necessarily care about any one brand so why not use that information to make a statement. Don’t just set yourself apart from your competition stand on the shoulders of them and be seen!

Cannot wait to see the two Doctors together! Funny enough, it feels like a totally geeky affair (moreso than the Avengers) but Doctor Who is a National Treasure in UK and widely viewed by Children and Adults alike...totally not geeky by definition!

Why is human error so hard to avoid?

"We don’t think our perception is economical; we think it’s perfect. When we look at something, we think we see everything. But we don’t. Same with memory: we might think we remember everything, especially commonly encountered things like the words to the National Anthem, or the details on the surface of a penny—but we don’t. Our brains are wired to give us the most bang for the buck; they strip out all sorts of stuff that seems unimportant at the time. But we don’t know what’s been stripped out. One of the consequences of this is that we tend to be overconfident about the things we think we do know. And overconfidence is a huge cause of human error.” ~ Joseph Hallinan
