Bought a bedframe and children's table during clearance. We worked with John who was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our delivery was same day and the delivery guys were prompt and courteous. I would give them my business again.

They seem to overbook their time slots. This leads to lots of waiting which is problematic when you have little kids you are trying to keep looking sharp for photos. Additionally, they typically either zoom in too close leaving little room for cropping or when they print they crop off fingers, hands, and feet - even on the same photo but different size prints they will crop differently. For the past two years I have asked them to re-crop and reprint. They tell me there is likely nothing additional in the picture. When I went to pick up the few reprints I asked for they were cropped in such a way that I wished I had all versions of photo redone due to their being all of the fingers/feet!! I give them credit for not hassling me about reprints - just hate I have to make a separate trip to do so. Couldn't they mail them since they messed up?The promo this year included a free ornament. When it arrived the print out showed my family but the actual ornament is someone else!! Additionally, the local center can't help you with the issue of the ornament. Calling their corporate office has taken me two days to get to the actual customer service line due to their hours. Then it goes straight to voicemail - says they will call back. Last year while we were waiting and waiting my son was playing on the lego table and being rather charming i snapped a quick photo or two. The manager came over and said we cant take pictures inside. I was shocked. I could understand if the kids were in the shooting room but in the waiting room?? What my photos would somehow cause me not to hang around because their quality was a challenge to PI? Or the waiting room is somehow copyrighted? This has bothered me ever since. With this latest poor print and mess up with the promo I will likely take the $100's I spend every year to someone with better quality and service - even if it costs more.
