See how many you possess:1. They’re a lit...

I had started a small project there, because we are using Google Apps for business. The fact they're closing down is one reason I switched. The other is a lack of private repositories, even for GApp users

Word bending with #leadership - I think Mrs. Lemmings brings in a facet of leadership, but also limits the responsibility of the leader.
Every weekly meeting, I have this routine to remind my team about something. I remind them that they shouldn’t call me a “leader”. I would prefer them calling me as a guide. It all started when I was still in middle school and our group project ended up in a disgrace. 5 of us were sent to the principal’s office because the 5 of us (all girls) ended up fighting inside the classroom. The reason? Our leader, Janna, acted like a phony. She decides eve...

OK all you Google experts - I have a gmail addess as the primary address for my account. Can I simply and safely remove it and switch to another address I have that isn't associated with a Google account?

The support docs say to remove the alternate email from the account if you want to use it as a primary. Then go to Data Tools under your profile, select Delete Products and then click on Delete Gmail permanently. Nothing says what happens at that point.

Advice?

Yes - it can be done! Once you click the link, you'll be brought to a page where you'll confirm the removal and be asked for your new primary email address. You'll get a confirmation email at your new primary email and - Bing, bang, boom! You're all switched over.
