Never mind that their "Top American Computer Security Expert" happens to work for a competitor of Kapersky, or that being in Russia makes no difference at all if you visit sites that download malware... they conveniently left out the part where he had to go into settings, allow apps from unknown sources and accept the warning about it being a security risk, and even then still accept the permissions declared by the app before it can actually install.
But why let the facts get in the way of a good story, eh?
