Steve Hoffacker, CAPS, MCSP, MIRM, of Hoffacker Associates LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida, is an award-winning international aging-in-place instructor and specialist (2015 "CAPS Educator of the Year"), a universal design trainer and consultant, and an award winning new home sales trainer (multiple local and national awards).

He has published several aging-in-place, universal design, and new home sales books on Amazon (including ones that have been on the best-selling list for Kindle).

Over the years, he has helped homebuilders, new home salespeople, remodelers, real estate sales professionals, and aging-in-place professionals to be more visible, competitive, profitable, and effective — and to really enjoy what they are doing.

Since 2007, he has educated hundreds of remodelers, general contractors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, other health care professionals, interior designers, kitchen and bath designers, architects, attorneys, durable medical equipment providers, building materials manufacturers, trade contractors, university faculty, county extension agents, local and regional governmental and non-profit housing agencies, and so many other aging-in-place professionals.
