Was out walking the dog about 5 mins ago. saw a green streak to the NNE. (28-30 degrees, according to my iphone compass). As seen from Lancaster.  Slight overcast, so it was below the clouds. NOT an aircraft, as I spent 20 yrs in USMC Aviation, and aircraft lights don't streak...;)   Anyone else see it?

Just for a bit of comparison with Karl and Jimmie's photos. 1st is from 1/14, 2nd from 1/28. Temps on these days were -3 and -9.
The 2 men in the photo passed by me a few minutes prior, and I'd estimate the taller of the 2 was 5'6". to give you an idea of the size of the lower ice formation.
I'd also like to point out, that the column had almost frozen solid before Karl and Jimmie's photos. The diagonal piece of ice in the 2nd pic, and the base, was either the original ice tube, or had broken off from the visible ice tube coming from the top of the falls.

Is there a light meter that is "matched" to Canon's?  Several yrs ago I bought an XTi, and a Polaris meter. I seem to be "off" a few stops, either under or over when I use it, and am just wondering if it's the meter?  ( I attended a lighting workshop and noticed that the settings given by the instructor was also "off" a stop or two as well. OR.. is it my camera that's "off"?)

I use Sekonic, they have a calibration feature to "tune" it to your camera. BUT, a few stops is too much for any camera/meter combo. I'd need more info on your process to comment further.

Ok, just joined today, and from the description, this is for photographers and models that shoot lingerie/boudoir. But, I'm seeing a lot of "spam" for dating Asian's, and at least one lingerie company, plus stuff reposted from other places/people.   Am I wrong here?
