Besides creating the visual identity for Peacekeepers Day, I had to make the graphics work across many different social media platforms and the current peacekeeping website. As anyone who has done social media graphics, knows that it has to work for desktop and mobile, so the graphics have to be built in a responsive way. Below are screen captures of the many places that is appears.

One of my photos was used as part of a UN News Story today, which was from a meeting that introduced a new app that aids UN Peacekeeping. While this wasn't my favorite photo that I took from the meeting, I am happy see one of them used.

Tomorrow is the big kick off the Peacekeeping Day events and the first is with the new Secretary-General of Peacekeeping Facebook Live conversation. Below is the design for the invite which I worked on. The campaign look for this Peacekeepers Day this year, was designed by me and I will be posting more graphics throughout the week.

The #hiketohellgate17 opening happened on May 15th, which one of my pictures from the walking tour is on display. It was a well attended event with lots of interesting conversation and good photography. Thank you to Adolfo Steve Vasquez from Queenscapes, for letting me a part of show. And also a thanks to Helen Karhan, another photographer in the show who was nice enough to take the picture of me with my photo.

During the last month I have visited all of the WCS Zoos in New York City. Recently the Queens Zoo had an andean bear cub, which I put up a cute clip of on Youtube. Click on the image below to watch the video.

For this months post to the Olympus user gallery, it was all about nature, which most of the additions to it were from my recent visits to the WCS Zoo system in New York City. I have been shooting many pictures and some video, which have also shown up in my other social media posts.
