Anyone have any experience of this company?

Originally started to look into after MIL expressed concern following cold call offering free electrical safety check. Unable to find any useful information from number left, I queried with +NICEIC and ELECSA & +Electrical Safety First , who suggested it may be this company. Then, after receiving a similar call myself, I decided to accept & was told that a supervisor would call me back to arrange an appointment ... nothing!!

Not only do I find this very telesales type procedure of having to have a separate 'supervisor' call, somewhat dodgy, the lack of it is just a complete waste of time all round. Now irked & having not gotten any response from filling in their online email form, nor ever finding anyone available on their live chat system, I called them but faired no better here either. Pointing out that all this made them look less than legit fell on deaf ears too - there's just no helping some people !!

Whilst well aware the you don't get ought for nought & this free safety check is probably well covered by overcharging for reported dubious works required, you would think that they'd want to at least appear legit to initially get their foot in the door. ‪#‎cowboysornot‬
