Be a broadcaster: Live on Facebook, It’s multi-party streaming
Anybody who has been around the digital block these last five years or so, will recognize that the online video neighborhood has radically changed. The shapes, the designs, the movements, appear different. They are. They are being streamed. And, the latest popular and explosive rendition is Facebook Live.

Lately, much has been written about the recent use of Facebook for streaming shootings, riots and even non-violent events. It’s revolutionizing the way we are digesting and processing our information. We’re seeing big news. Viral news. Breaking news on our own streams. Facebook Live is fast-becoming the new “holy grail”.

My Reaction to FBI's Comey's Hillary Clinton email statement & Trump tweet
About a minute after Comey came out with his decision, I decided to create a Youtube video outlining what i think the FBI director was saying and why I agree with him--assuming the facts are what he says they are.

goo.gl/KJgVrl

I have long felt that the government would need intent to convict Hillary and surely, the same, to indict.
The comments after the video are all pro-Trump. I expected this because they come out in full force, whenever something is said against their candidate. Most of the commenters say who cares about intent.
Well, I do. If Congress wants to change the laws, do so, but don't make up laws to fit the facts.
Do take a look, thanks

Disgusted but this is not a one-sided issue..you agree or disagree?

Obama should denounce Loretta Lynch-Bill Clinton Phoenix tarmac powwow, at the minimum
I think this was absolutely stupid!! Could be worse.
But, I also really question similar actions by Trump with Trump U. and Lewandowski arrest--believe we should scrutinize that equally.

Watch out Donald Trump & GOP: CNN's Cuomo says Manafort is lying
So now we know some of the facts...somebody was lying or trying to lay cover, for sure. An apology from the lady who helped wife with speech. But there are much more important issues. It is a pattern, a serious and severe pattern of Trump Mode--deny, lie and then attack...
Yes Hillary can't be trusted. But, Trump wants to put hold on media, is always blasting media and wants his own administration to take a non-disclosure...WATCH OUT.

Well..Mrs Trump has done nothing wrong but the speech writer apologized publicaly for the oversight and send in her resignation.
Trump refused to except her resignation as it was not done purposely...So get over it....Past tense.

Tired of the raging anger and double standards coming from all sides of the political spectrum ? I am. Here is a column i wrote this morning. Do you agree or disagree?

I'm an Internet Attorney, publisher of Bayoubuzz.com, Internet teacher and lecturer. Loving Louisiana, New Orleans Google+ advocate and I am here to help you.
Introduction
Let's engage.

Yes, I live, eat and sleep the Internet.  Just ask my absolutely wonderful and  beautiful wife.

Why?

Because that is what I do.  And I want to know more about you.

Circles:

You'll want to put me in circles that relate to
  • Internet/web law and legal issues
  • Google and Politics
  • Business and entrepreneurship
  • Louisiana and New Orleans business and politics
  • Google Hangouts and the media
  • Evolution of Internet technologies

What I will share here on Google Plus:
  • Google Plus tips and techniques
  • Internet/web legal issues and items
  • Latest in the coolest technologies related to Google, online publishing, Google and politics, and super technology and business info
  • The latest in Louisiana and New Orleans culture, business and politics
  • Great stuff you can’t find anywhere (Hopefully)
Now, here's more..

I'm an Attorney handling Internet and technology matters.  I've been doing this since those good 'ol days of Prodigy and Compuserve.  No, I did not invent the Internet.  I'll leave that to Al Gore.

I am also the Publisher of Bayoubuzz.com.
This is a  Louisiana- based news and information site.  So, if you want to know what's happening down here in our great state of Louisiana and New Orleans, it's a great resource (if I have to say so myself) for Louisiana politics, Louisiana business, city news, New Orleans Saints.  Also, if you want news from around the country and top stories from around the world, come visit us.

Now, I must say, I've been blogging before blogs even blogged.  So, if you want to share your blog with me, I would love to read it.  We might be able to re-publish you if you want us to do so.

And, if you want to know more about Internet law and legal issues, even dealing with Google+, contact me.  I know thousands have asked me, what is Internet law, never heard of it.  Well, if you are building a website or having a social media problem or even if you think that what you are doing has no Internet-legal related issue, you just might be surprised.  The web is the real world's alter-ego, now.  If it happens in real life, yep, it's being cloned online.

Is there any one thing of which you are really proud?
There are many, I say modestly.  There is one that I hope has a long history in the future.  Years ago, after being frustrated with the pace of technology growth in Louisiana (Louisiana and technology were oxymorons back then)  I founded what is now generically called the Louisiana Digital Media law.  I also helped to expand it so it now covers so much of what we do with social media, phone apps, video games, e-commerce,  and almost anything that has a 1 and a 0.  I am told that the law is helping Louisiana becoming one of the fastest-growing technology hubs in the country, I think it is second. In fact, New Orleans, post-Hurricane Katrina is a "hot bed" for entrepreneurship and Louisiana economic development for this reason and others. So, if you have a digital media idea and want to know how you can benefit, let's talk.  Check out these  video interviews for more info.

Oh, did I tell you that I love to lecture, teach and enable?  I think they call it coaching, now-a-days.

Not only have I taught 5th to 8th graders many moons ago, but have also taught e-commerce at Tulane and Loyola University of New Orleans.   One of my proudest achievements was teaching roughly 4,000 Louisiana attorneys, Internet law.  That was a challenge and quite a lot of fun, even if we were attorneys.

While I am not currently teaching, but still do my share of lecturing, and I am working with interns from  around the globe. I love their help and I think they love to learn what I think i know.  If you have any interest in hooking up with me so I can help you, just send me a line.  I am always looking for ideas and collaborations and I think i was born to share the knowledge.

Wait, don't leave yet, there's more!!

As you might now suspect, I do love to write, right?

Over the past two years or so, I have written tens of thousands of articles and columns whether it has been about Louisiana politics and government, New Orleans, Hurricane Katrina, economic development internet, technology, sports or about whatever walks.

Prior to writing for my own publication, I spread my "pearls of wisdom" far and wide.

I penned numerous articles for the New Orleans Times Picayune Newspaper "Cyber Scene", and other local media. I was the "Technology Columnist" for the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and did I even created daily content for my weekday "Technology Minute" for WGSO 990 AM radio, Bloomberg Radio.

Whew...more to come...

During my spare time, I created two Louisiana statewide technology organizations, lectured at Internet World in Berlin Germany and founded an hysterical improptu stage show with a panel discussing the issues of the day--Politics with a Punch.  Bill Maher, eat your heart out.

Thanks to Bayoubuzz, I am really into video for the Internet.  Video is for cyberspace (still love that word) as writing was for books.

My wife Althea and I have filmed, created, edited and produced event videos for galas, fundraisers for the Louisiana Cancer Society, the Heart Association's Go Red for Women and even a   inaugural ball and swearing-in of Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and fellow officials.

Now, besides handling technology-Internet legal matters, which is always interesting, and publishing, mentoring (coaching) and writing for Bayoubuzz, moderating a Louisiana Politics Facebook Page, and now starting Google Communities  Monetizing Google Hangouts and Making Money with Google+, Google Tools Louisiana,  Google Tools New Orleans   and Louisiana Politics, I am actively involved promoting Google+ and Google Hangouts and now Google Apps which all combined, I believe is the "killer app", that we have been awaiting as anxiously as the messiah.

I believe I was the first to conduct Google Hangout interviews here in Louisiana.  Over the past months, we have "hung-out" with the following:
Louisiana Treasurer John Kennedy,
Louisiana Agriculture Commissioner Mike Strain,
Louisiana Director of Entertainment for LED Chris Stelly,
GNO Inc's Michael Hecht (Economic Development)
President of the Downtown Development District, Kurt Weigle
Producer of America's Got Talent Roz Jordan
News conferences with New Orleans Mitch Landrieu

We are promoting Google Plus hangouts at the very top of over 600,000 pages of Bayoubuzz.com.

So, please circle me and absolutely don't forget our Bayoubuzz Google Plus Page.

Should you need Internet-related (or other) legal help, that's me.

If you need to learn or improve upon Google Hangouts, Google Plus, Google Apps, we'll start the meter now and get your supercharged with experts from around the world.

If you want us to video your event or create memorable movies you can use for fundraising and promotions, we can help you here too.

If you want to write for, collaborate with, be interned by or provide a "hot" news tip for Bayoubuzz.com, we'd love to hear from you.

While I don't do dishes or clean floors, I know that  Bayoubuzz.com and I can serve or can help you in some way, just ask.

So, let's engage.

Bragging rights
Now, that I have bored you above, here’s a summary of my bragging rights: Husband of wonderful wife, Althea Father of wonderful son, David. And more... Attorney involved with technology/internet issues (did not invent Internet law, either) I have been involved in the Internet and technology for over 23 years. Some believe I have been one of the chief advocates of the use of technology and the Internet in the Louisiana to the extent that more government agencies, private sector businesses, professionals are using the technologies for their every-day lives. Frustrated with the lack of technology growth in Louisiana, I founded the Louisiana Digital Media Law and helped pushed the concept to the government and the private sector. Years later, I helped to ensure that the law did not sunset and I helped expand the law. As a result of these efforts and those of many, Louisiana and New Orleans is one of the “red-hot” venues for entrepreneurships and technology-growth. I put together the first webinar in Louisiana and the recently, I believe, I am the first to use Google Hangouts for a news interview and first media organization to do a Google Hangout webcast of a press conference, in Louisiana. In short, darn proud. But, who’s bragging.

Very charming venue for weddings, evening events. Since it is in the French Quarter, it is difficult to find any parking without paying at least $15.00. But, then, you are in the heart of the Quarter, so take advantage of it. The real problem with the location is the sound. Attended an event recently and the noise from attendees talking reverberated so much that we had trouble communicating. But, if you can get past that, it is a warm memorable place to visit.

One incredible convention and exhibition center. Attended the recent Collision Conference there. So large, so much space, it is like a city within a city. Right by the Mississippi River and walking distance to the CBD of New Orleans, the historic and magnificent French Quarter and the vibrant Warehouse District. Why would any convention go elsewhere? It's all here.
