Great share +Law Offices of Russell J Matson, PC. Good stuff for any criminal defense lawyer defending OUI cases.

Lots of great points here familiar to anyone who defends DUI cases.
There’s growing concern that the most vital tool used to identify and punish drunken drivers is flawed, and as a result, could be violating drivers’ civil liberties.

Here is an article showing what a typical day in the Newburyport District Court is like. You can expect these dispositions from these judges on these types of cases. Tough place to work at times.

Great share +Rodney N. Warner about kids being too young to "voluntarily" submit to police interrogation. Hopefully this will become a legal trend in Massachusetts. Thanks for getting this out to us.

Why don't arrested teens exercise their rights to remain silent and get legal representation?
A study of 57 videotaped interrogations of teenagers by the police found that none of them remained silent, suggesting they are particularly vulnerable at such times.

Acquitted cop going to return to work. It will be interesting to see how his credibility is perceived in court when he is called as a witness on pretrial evidentiary matters.
LAWRENCE - Police Sgt. Melix Bonilla, acquitted two weeks ago of criminal corruption charges, did not return to work Wednesday as announced he would by Mayor Daniel Rivera.

Now this is worth reading. A couple enjoying the show at a local sex club gets into the action and gets arrested.
SALISBURY — A New York man and his New Hampshire girlfriend learned the hard way that getting too frisky in a strip club can get you in hot water with authorities.

Great share by +Dmitry Gorin. Let's hope that Massachusetts legislates along these lines.

California's Proposition 47 was voted into effect to reduce crimes that were previously felonies to misdemeanors. It permits all those who have been convicted, including those who have already served their sentence, to have their offense deemed a misdemeanor under the new Penal Code section 1170.18. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for the reduction, contact Eisner Gorin LLP for more information at 877-781-1570.

Pretty good morning so far. Getting a credit fraud case dismissed in Woburn. Assistant district attorney took the time to read the file and realize he had an uphill battle. Case continued for final approval in January. Great client who deserves a break.

OUI heroin case in Salem results in defendant being held. Flipped car with child in it. Passed out while driving.
DANVERS — A Seabrook, New Hampshire, man was overdosing on heroin when he crashed a truck into a fire hydrant and guardrail and flipped over on Route 1 Friday afternoon, a crash that injured his 3-year-old daughter, state police said.

This is one of the most interesting cases in Massachusetts now. People looking for a release of the client list are going to be disappointed. This list will never be released. Defendant has a tough lawyer who will wear down the district attorney.

Wow...super interesting story +Stephen Neyman. First lawyer had to know he was on some client list of the defendant's somewhere and never should have showed up for that first court appearance.

Josh Macktaz is one of the most highly regarded criminal defense lawyers in Rhode Island. His preparation and attention to detail in all of his criminal cases distinguishes him from his peers. His results are incomparable. No matter how big or small the case Attorney Macktaz takes the time to meet with his clients and explain to them the process and his approach to their case. It is clear to anyone who has been in court with Mr. Macktaz that he has the admiration and respect of the defense bar, the district attorneys, the judges, the probation department and the entire court staff. If you have a criminal problem in Rhode Island Joshua Macktaz is the best person for the job.
