What if using the Web didn’t mean sacrificing your privacy? We’ve spent years thinking about simple ways for everyday users to demand real privacy online. And, working in consultation with privacy experts across the globe, we’ve got a blueprint for addressing one particularly challenging privacy dilemma: online tracking.

Our internet is safe (for now!) Anything else was a 'solution that won’t work to a problem that doesn’t exist.'

Thanks to the #FCC for revising net neutrality rules to promote an #OpenInternet !

EDIT: The internet finally being regulated as an "information service" IS GOOD for open internet as a whole. Before this, companies were private and could (and did) throttle anyone they wanted.

Now ISP are not allowed to do block or throttle ANY traffic, or require paid priority of traffic. Also, FCC is able to investigate and intervene when ISPs overstep. I'd say it's a win...as much as it can be.

I don't want to see the internet in the hands of the government, but I'd want it controlled by privately-motivated monopolies even less.
