I love Chrome Dev Tools!
Having a nice set of handy tools to help test your website is essential for developers. Where’s the best place to keep them? In your browser, of course! Google’s popular web browser, Chrome, has developer tools built right in. It’s a set of tools made for web-authoring and debugging. The Chrome...

It's Chrome OS Tip Day Today!

Here are below command lines needed to get all Chrome OS boards that feature a Backlit Chrome keyboard.
You'll notice that "link" and "samus" (Chromebook Pixels) may not be the only boards out there to feature one in the future.

Took me an hour to solve this. Am I getting rusty?

I misread #5 and solved the wrong problem the first time around.

https://blog.svpino.com/2015/05/07/five-programming-problems-every-software-engineer-should-be-able-to-solve-in-less-than-1-hour
Whenever I post a job request for a Software Engineer position, applications start trickling in really quick. What bothers me is that several applicants will invariably have no idea of what "programming" means.

Will have to try this! I fear I might be getting rusty some days too. This looks to be a fun test to keep challenging myself.

Hey +Google Chrome team, I'm a Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Chrome, but I have a problem.

I keep deleting bookmarks (every day on every computer I own), but they keep coming back. I think there' s bug in the sync.

Is there any way to kill some of my bookmarks so they stay dead?

Just a normal CVS. Prices were a little high, and the tap to pay console didn't work, but they had self checkout.

The Club Quarters is a reasonably nice hotel compared to others that I have stayed at world wide. Starting at the bottom, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. There's nice food and drinks in the attached bar/restaurant. The lounge is cozy and comfortable, and the elevators are well maintained and don't make me feel like death is imminent. When you get to the room, you'll find that they have a decent layout for the main area, and a somewhat cramped bathroom. Finally, I always look for good technology in hotel rooms. The internet here is BLAZING FAST (I was getting 50Mbit up and down) and extremely reliable, and not requiring any stupid login or payment. There are plenty of outlets throughout the room conveniently placed, and the TV gets the standard cable channels. Definitely would stay here again!

It's the worst nice hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful pools and Lake, but not much to do around Lake Las Vegas.

This is a great classic beer tavern. We ended up here after work to spend some time getting to know each other in a group of about 5. The beer list refreshes so often that you have to look on a chalkboard, as they haven't printed any menu. The food was standard tavern/bar food, full of food you won't remember like fries and the grilled cheese. They also had modern treats such as Bone Marrow. Overall the ambiance was perfect for what we wanted. A dimly lit room where we could sit for hours and talk about the universe.

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully digital. Gorgeous check in area and super friendly staff all around.

I took my girlfriend here on a date. It was both of our first times firing pistols. They were friendly and walked us through the various options and guided us into how to safely use the range. It was a little intimidating being around people with their own assault weapons, but it was a great shop.
