I came here even after reading that the customer service wasn't great but didn't think much of it. The salon itself is beautiful and very relaxing. My esthetician's name was Greta who seemed very sweet and knowledgeable at first. I was scheduled for the Ceramide facial, but Greta suggested the Clarifying Facial, which I accepted to. Other than the fact my facial was shortened significantly, as I checked out I was charged for Ceramide Facial since Greta had not changed the service in the computer. The woman at the desk said she would confirm with Greta and call me about refunding me the difference. I didn't think anything of it at the time and paid for the Ceramide Facial assuming I would be refunded the difference. Several phone calls later, I still have not received the refund. When spoke with Greta she confirmed I received the Clarifying Facial and that the reason my service was shortened was because I declined part of treatment (the mask, which I actually did receive - but was clearly rushed). I told her she must have me confused with one of her other clients because I did receive the mask - and had never declined any part of the service. Greta was rude, disrespectful, and wouldn't let me speak nor agree to refunding me the difference. I regret giving her such a generous tip at the time of my service. It took 4 days to have them finally agree to refund me what I was overcharged. I am still waiting for my refund. I do not expect to be treated so poorly, even after my service, when I paid $300 for a facial!
