Let nature guide you, follow the seasons, eat what foods get harvested during winter. Eat warm foods in the winter and fall, cooked veggies - think soups! In the spring time, go raw. The same goes with exercise, let the seasons guide you. Things slow in the winter, and it's OK to let your body follow that theme. Don't get down on yourself for having a bigger appetite in the winter either, it's nature. Just honor it. #ayurveda
