Very important ! Last year at the December Conference some countries tried to manipulate the core of the Internet and the Web to control more closely their citizens access , to control free speech , etc., and to charge them at will, and it was rejected. Good ! But they will try again , and some even want to control and change the TCP/IP core , and turn the Internet and the Web into their private proprietary cable subscription service, a nightmare against Free Speech, Culture , Rule of Law and Progress, so let's get involved. And on this issue  Google was for Free Speech ,  thanks.
