Tasty, delicious (and still healthy) treats for pre- or post-winter rompings.
It's tempting to just eat everything in the house on a snow day, but it's more fun to eat tasty, high-protein snacks and then get out there and shovel, sled, or build a snowman.

My first article for YouBeauty; on the underreported reality of the hymen.
Having sex is only one way to break your hymen. Women and girls have broken the membraneous seal in their vagina from lots of other activities, like horseback riding, dancing or bike riding.

My first contribution to +Condé Nast Traveler online is all about kindness traditions the world over.
It’s a new year, and one surefire way to feel better is to engage in a few random acts of kindness. Be more generous to others—and reap the health benefits—as part of your resolutions for 2015.
