I have found Standard Heating and Cooling to be very helpful and thorough as well as punctual. Have never been disappointed.

The guy comes out for a scheduled cleaning, charges me the full rate, DOESN'T even replace the filter, and has the nerve to leave me with an invoice actually stating the filter needs to be replaced! Are you kidding me? What exactly did he clean? Their "customer service", if you can call them that, only made the situation worse. I spoke with two different women on the phone, neither of which were remotely helpful. Every promise to get back to me with a resolution was ignored.

Is your fireplace in need of a spring cleaning? Sprinkle any leftover ashes with coffee grounds to prevent dust and ash from polluting the air in the room.

Why is it so hard to remember which way your fans should be turning for optimal efficiency?

Interesting. Would this actually create much of a breeze, though?

Make your own dusting spray!
1 cup water
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
10-15 drops essential oil of your choice
Mix all ingredients together in an empty spray bottle
Shake before use. Simply spray directly onto the surface you are dusting or a cloth (microfiber works best) and wipe the dust off.
